  1. In 2008 vaardigde Vlaanderen het decreet houdende een kader voor het Vlaamse gelijkekansen- en gelijkebehandelingsbeleid (Gelijkekansendecreet) uit. Dat decreet voerde – alvast op papier – een vrijwel ongeëvenaarde bescherming in tegen discriminatie. Maar hoe zit dat in de praktijk? In opdracht van de Vlaamse overheid evalueerden Elke Cloots, Marie Spinoy en Jogchum Vrielink het Gelijkekansendecreet en de relevante rechtspraak.
