Jing Liu studied Law in Wuhan, China from September 2003 till June 2007. She obtained a master’s degree in environmental law in 2009 in Wuhan University. After that, she joined the Maastricht Institute for Transnational Legal Research (METRO) in Maastricht University to conduct her doctoral research.
