Hnia Ben Salah holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium). Before joining GUBERNA, she began her career as a journalist in various political and economic editing teams. Hnia jumped from journalism to law and worked almost for ten years in a law firm where she mainly focused on corporate and company law.
In her five years with GUBERNA, she has been in charge of the Centre Internal Governance. She is also the Business Development Manager, leading the development of the GUBERNA members’ strategy. Amongst other roles, she is the leader on “Tools for directors” and is responsible for numerous GUBERNA programmes and seminars.
Hnia is a member of the Belgian Institute of Company Lawyers.
